All orders are processed and shipped within 24-36 hours of receiving your payment. 

We use The Courier Guy or PUDO to deliver your parcel to your door. We currently only ship within South Africa. 

The shipping fee is R99.

 Free shipping on orders worth R750 or more.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

If a parcel is returned to the sender (Sashiko Studio) due to the receiver being unreachable, the customer will be asked to pay an additional shipping fee (the full amount quoted by the courier company) to resend the parcel.
